Let’s talk about the role!

You will provide the proper support to The North Face EMEA Digital Sales Team.

This role will become a point of reference for the team, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The Digital Sales Intern will give support on the back end of the commercial process ensuring efficiency, precision and timely execution, enabling the results for the brand.

How you will make the difference

This role includ es a wide range of fundamental tasks:

Forecast Templates creation and data consolidation of historic orders & sales as well as product data to showcase sell out trends by gender and category.

Data consolidation of key all internal data (pricing, segmentation, marketing styles etc.) in single consolidated document for use externally with customers.

Order Entry Support: check PRICATS, check EDI Transmission, manually fix errors, manually enter QTM, SMU and OMU orders and amend according to Planning’s OTS date changes, code changes etc.

Communicate cross functionally to fix all data and system data issues during order entry.

Lead order reconciliation/PO confirmation process.

Account specific shipment reports across pre-book, contract and re-order availability.

Ad-hoc reporting

Manage samples process for PDP content creation, onboarding and tracking.

Consolidation of product master data to support order build and order upload template.

Make sure that procedures, files, folders and tools are up to date.

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment and make sure that everyone has got access to shared files, reports, etc.

Support on pre-book and reorder entry and peak times.

What you need to succeed?

Just graduated (not later than 2022) or still enrolled at University preferably in Economics or similar subjects.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Basic fluency in an additional European language would be a plus.

Well-organized and responsible with great skills in problem-solving and a proactive thinking.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
