We are looking for an enthusiast and dynamic HR Intern to join our People Services team within VF. The role will be based in Stabio, Switzerland, in our EMEA HQ.

Let’s Talk about the Role

As a part of People Services Switzerland team the HR Administrator will be responsible for delivering accurate and tim ely administration activities, provide support to internal stakeholders like employee, managers and the HR community, ensuring adherence to HR procedures and processes.


Support in HR Administration task such as: work permit renewals, personal situation changes, documentation archiving.
Support in process of gathering tax in source forms. (Imposta alla fonte)
Support in preparing employment documents as needed.
Support in entering information into HR Systems.
Offer support to employees about policies, procedures and corporate standards.
Assist the HR team for specific projects and participate to the improvement of HR processes.

Skills & Requirements for Success

Graduating soon or recently graduated, preferably in HR related subjects.
Proficient in English and Italian. French and German is a plus.
People oriented and able to build relationship with a diverse team.
Strong passion for HR related topics.
Proactivity and enthusiasm, never afraid to propose new ideas with a fresh, innovative mindset and a “can-do” approach.
Attention to details, time management and organizational skills.
Ability to use Excel, Power Point and/or any other analytics and presentations tools.
