We are looking for an Accountant Payable (AP) to join our team based in Barcelona in order to cover a temporary position (maternity leave).

This role will be responsible for the accountancy of VF Spain and Portugal suppliers. We are looking for a well-organized, pragmatic and methodical profile and also with a strong communication skills.

How You Will Make a Difference

Your main responsibilities will be:

Managing suppliers invoices in Coupa and Rossum system.
Give feedback and answer questions related to the vendors.
Preparation of the accruals.
PO’s follow up with requestors.
Supplier payments

Skills for Success

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role (almost 1 year)

Advanced MS Office knowledge, Excel is a must and SAP.

Principales Missions et principaux défis du poste:

  • Affecter tous les produits de la division Wetsuits en accord avec le budget alloué,
  • Planifier le réassort et le potentiel pour chaque catégorie de produits,
  • Maximiser et maintenir les ventes en surveillant les rapports de ventes, les niveaux de stock et le volume,
  • Contrôler les commandes de réassort à des intervalles adaptés pour s’assurer que les magasins ont une bonne unité de gestion des stocks à tout moment,
  • Consolider le stock dans les modèles où il est faible pour les magasins les plus adaptés,
  • Fournir à l’entreprise des rapports hebdomadaires, mensuels et saisonniers sur les meilleures ventes et les indicateurs de vente au détail.

Profil Recherché:

Niveau Bac + 5 acquis en école de commerce
Expérience réussie dans un poste similaire
Excellentes connaissances des «Achats» ou allocations retail
Capacité d’identifier les tendances du marché dans la vente au détail
Très bonne communication et bonnes connaissances du produit
Bon esprit d’équipe
Très bonnes capacités d’analyse et compétences en gestion des délais
Maitrise des logiciels bureautiques, notamment Microsoft Excel
Pratique du surf serait un plus

Allocator (1 year contract) – THE NORTH FACE

Description:

The North Face is looking for an exceptional Allocator (1 year contract) to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland.

You will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of inventory levels in stores in conjunction with plan to ensure optimum Stock Turn, Revenue and Service Levels.

The Allocator collaborates closely with Retail Operations, Store Merchandiser and Merchandise Planning to ensure that inventory is managed to the planned constraints and business goals.

Maintaining optimal inventory in store

Analyzing sales results by store and use information to: adjust levels or change assortment, execute transfers, monitoring out of stocks and fill size gaps

Establishing proper levels of product by store and distribute accordingly

Communicating all relevant business information to the Allocation Manager, being the first point of contact in the allocation team

Supporting Inventory Plans through the execution of initial seasonal inventory allocations and replenishment exceptions

Emphasizing on store-level inventory levels and basics management

Ensuring full execution of returns in a timely manner

Analysing store-level data to identify Brand/Division trends, DC-specific and store-specific inventory issues

Co-ordinating with Retail Operations, Store Merchandiser and Planning teams to ensure store level trends balance with Open-to-Buy and Open-to-Ship projections and forecasts

What you need to succeed?

Allocator (1 year contract) – THE NORTH FACE

Description:

The North Face is looking for an exceptional Allocator (1 year contract) to join our team in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s talk about the role!

You will be responsible for day-to-day monitoring of inventory levels in stores in conjunction with plan to ensure optimum Stock Turn, Revenue and Service Levels.

The Allocator collaborates closely with Retail Operations, Store Merchandiser and Merchandise Planning to ensure that inventory is managed to the planned constraints and business goals.

How you will make the difference

Maintaining optimal inventory in store

Analyzing sales results by store and use information to: adjust levels or change assortment, execute transfers, monitoring out of stocks and fill size gaps

Establishing proper levels of product by store and distribute accordingly

Communicating all relevant business information to the Allocation Manager, being the first point of contact in the allocation team

Supporting Inventory Plans through the execution of initial seasonal inventory allocations and replenishment exceptions

Emphasizing on store-level inventory levels and basics management

Ensuring full execution of returns in a timely manner

Analysing store-level data to identify Brand/Division trends, DC-specific and store-specific inventory issues

Co-ordinating with Retail Operations, Store Merchandiser and Planning teams to ensure store level trends balance with Open-to-Buy and Open-to-Ship projections and forecasts

Attending and contributing in all function and department meetings

Communicating of Availability, Transfers & Price changes to stores

Responding to Store & District Manager queries

What you need to succeed?

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

Education: university degree

Experience: should have 1-3 years experience in a multi-store retail environment preferably

Language skills: fluent in English

Technical skills: good working knowledge of computer systems with emphasis on MS Office (Excel), SAP knowledge is beneficial

Allocator (maternity cover)

Description:

Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Allocator (temporary contract) to join our team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The Allocator primary focus will be on the Timberland European Concession business (Digital and brick and mortar) as well as supporting the allocation activities for full price stores.

Will be responsible and co-responsible in delivering a best in class in-season execution, reaching revenue e margin targets as well as managing inventory levels.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

Being the point of reference for the Concessions business, from a trading and allocation point of view.
Support the Merchandise & Trading team in the allocation activities for full price stores.
Have co-responsibility on the account’s revenue, margin and inventory performance.
Actively participate in weekly meeting providing key information and data to inform business decisions.
Constantly review stores and product performance and implement actions to reach targets.
Promotion and Mid/End of season sales: design the right assortment and level of discount for promotion and mid/end of season sales, in alignment with country performance and the other marketplace channels.
Analyze business and product performance, highlighting risks and opportunities and inform cross functionally.
Inventory management: during the season, manage the inventory/PIR through bulk/transfers/releases and any other actions necessary to maximize sales and reach inventory targets.
Product allocation & replenishment: guarantee the right product flow in the stores and the right inventory levels. Perform initial and automatic/manual replenishment. Coordinate with the DC and Customer service. Manage the end season IN&OUT and returns.
Work together with Trading, Marketing and Visual Merchandising to implement the Brands strategy and initiatives in the stores.
At the end of the season, connect with the Buying department to feedback on Concessions needs for the coming seasons. (i.e., product needs, assortment etc.)
Update weekly reports.
Build up a strong partnership and collaboration across the Trading and Allocation team

Skills for Success

You should be a performance driven, resilient, result-oriented and self-starter team player with:

3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in Allocation, Planning, Trading or equivalent Business Planning role.
Relevant experience within a fast-paced retail business.
Understanding of retail and digital KPI’s and metrics.
Excellent analytical skills and data crunching abilities.
Good knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Access, SAP and BI systems is a plus.
Language skills: fluent in English. Any other language will be considered as a plus.

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or master’s degree in related fields are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Napa EMEA is looking for an Allocator with the skills to evolve in the Planning part to join our Trading team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

You as Allocator, will monitor day to day inventory levels in stores to ensure optimal stock levels, revenues and service levels. You will be the first point of contact for stores & DC logistics and support the team with ad-hoc analysis and reports.

Skills for Success

Education: Bachelor’s degree or (equivalent) in related field
Experience: 1 years of experience ideally in a multi-store retail environment
Languages: Fluent English; additional language is a plus
Ability to do detailed allocation work accurately and efficiently
Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing business needs and requirements
Ability to update tools, files and processes to follow business needs.
Detail-oriented with the ability to translate direction to lower-level execution
Must have Excel knowledge and ability to manage big data sets
Experience with SAP FMS is a plus
