Description:
VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Change Management Specialist to join our Supply Chain Centre of Excellence (COE) EMEA Team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As Change Management Specialist you will be responsible for managing and facilitating the process of change within an organization. This role involves planning, implementing, and guiding individuals and teams through changes to minimize disruption and achieve successful outcomes.
We expect that you will play a critical role in helping organizations navigate change effectively.
You will work closely with Change Lead and stakeholders to understand the impact of change on people, processes, and technology, and support the implementation of change strategies to minimize resistance and ensure a smooth transition.
How You Will Make a Difference
Planning and preparation of change management meetings and follow up activities.
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure changes are mapped, and action items implemented.
Support planning and tracking change implementation plans.
Creation and maintenance of dashboard to monitor change KPI’s.
Plan and schedule trainings, monitor attendance and knowledge transfer.
Support creation of training materials and questionnaires to assess knowledge transfer.
Collect and analyse data to measure the success of change initiatives.
Organize meetings and workshops to promote communication and collaboration.
Develop and maintain documentation and reporting systems to track changes.
Support creating project communications, infographics, surveys, internal project communication.
Maintenance SharePoint where to store all training material, Operating procedures, RACI.
Skills for Success
Strong project management skills: The ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills
Analytical thinking: able to analyse complex data and identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Additionally, certifications in change management, such as the Prosci Change Management Certification or the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) designation, can be highly beneficial.
Languages required: English and Italian.
Tools: excel, power point, mentimeter, Microsoft forms.
