VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Digital Strategic Account Coordinator to join our Strategic Key Account team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

 

You as Digital Strategic Account Coordinator will support the growth of the Strategic Accounts (Zalando and ASOS). Your focus is on Key Account excellence, providing critical support to the Strategic Account sales team whilst maintaining relationships with Key Accounts with exceptional service.

 

You will work with the Strategic Account Sales team on all operational related topics from future season planning to in-season management.

You will achieve this by:

Being sales driven, customer centric, positive with a can-do approach and ultimately looking at creating added value in everything you do.
Working with and contributing to Key Account Strategic plans to enable solid growth by providing insights gathered from data. This can be based on current performance and the future performance indicators, anticipating trends.
Showing capability to multi-task while keeping great attention to details
Having expertise in analysing data and in using excel
Maintaining the monthly sales forecasting in line with agreed targets – with a strong focus on ‘Gross to Net’ management.
Reviewing Sales and making recommendations to support in season reorders and future seasons buys.
Collaborating efficiently with internal X-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Business Planning, MCOps, MarketPlace Merchandising) as well as external partners (Key Accounts Buyers & Merchandisers)

 

Skills for Success

 

You are proficient in working with excel, analysing data as well as having very good communication skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders across different departments.

 

You have 1-3 years key account coordinator /business planning or similar experience in FMCG or a major sports/outdoor brand.
You have a knowledge or understanding of the European Sport or skate Lifestyle industry, consumers and values.
You are analytical and strategic, with the ability to see the strength of using facts for decisions.
You have high proficiency skills in excel and very good attention to details.
You have good communication skills and are a team player.
You are a high energy, goal oriented and driven individual who is great at getting things done!

 

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business and Economics are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
