GENERAL SUMMARY
This role manages and executes the overall brand and GTM strategies together with the Brand Marketing Team. The Brand Manager is responsible for the creation of and execution of the seasonal calendar across consumers touchpoints in all relevant markets globally.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The main focus of the Brand Marketing Manager will be:
* To support Brand Marketing Team in the management and execution of marketing and GTM activities, ensuring alignment across all the depts.
* To assist in the development of comprehensive marketing strategy (including brief development), manage the schedule for seasonal creative development and work with and manage external agencies or internal creative teams to execute projects on time
* To assist the Brand Marketing team in the management of ADV and press content production agencies in collaboration with the Creative and PR teams
* To manage the creation of tools for brand initiatives and events, both internal and external
* To support the Brand Marketing team in the development and management of brand events, through daily contact with internal and external stakeholders
* To manage the brand’s sponsorships requests in alignment with global strategy
* To work with communication, retail and wholesale marketing and VM teams to execute local marketing activities to ensure alignment with global strategy and MROI maximization

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
* University standard education, with a degree in Marketing, Communication or similar courses
* 4-6 years of previous experience in brand management or a marketing agency
* Fluent written and spoken English
* Strong IT skills required: Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe Suite
* Project management skills
* Team player, able to build strong relationship within the marketing team and with the other departments
