As a supervisor, you will be a key brand ambassador on the shop floor — connecting store leadership and sales associates while inspiring the team to deliver premium service, strong commercial results, and an authentic The North Face experience.

As one of our Store Supervisors, your ability to lead by example, connect with consumers, and champion our brand values will play an important role in the success of the store. 

 

How you’ll make a difference    

 

In this entry-level management position, you will support the Store and Assistant Store Manager in leading the team, elevating the consumer journey, and ensuring flawless day-to-day execution in a fast-paced premium outlet environment by: 

 

  • Supporting the management team to drive sales and profitability 

  • Coaching and motivating the sales associates to deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring the store is always customer-ready 

  • Making sure your store looks great, maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines 

  • Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected 

  • Understanding your store’s KPIs and playing your part to ensure they are achieved 

 

What makes you the perfect Store Supervisor?   

 

  • You love interacting with people. You set a great example for the rest of the team with your hands-on mentality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience. 

  • You can talk to people, create a supportive (and fun!) environment, that helps deliver the best service possible 

  • You have experience in opening and closing a store, taking responsibility and being in charge when necessary 

  • Ideally you come from a retail background with some fashion or lifestyle experience 

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication in English (another language is a plus but not necessary) 

  • You are proficient in the use of MS Office and different POS systems 

  • You are flexible when it comes to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as necessary

Hoe jij het verschil maakt 

In deze entry-level managementrol ondersteun je de Store Manager en Assistant Store Manager bij het aansturen van het team, het versterken van de consumer journey en het realiseren van een foutloze dagelijkse uitvoering in een snelle premium outletomgeving, door: 

  • Het managementteam te ondersteunen bij het realiseren van sales en winstgevendheid 

  • Sales associates te coachen en te motiveren om een hoog serviceniveau te leveren en ervoor te zorgen dat de store altijd klaar is voor de klant 

  • Ervoor te zorgen dat de store er uitstekend uitziet en dat alle retail operation standards worden nageleefd in lijn met de visual merchandising-richtlijnen van het merk 

  • Te zorgen dat operationele policies en procedures worden gerespecteerd 

  • De KPI’s van de store te begrijpen en actief bij te dragen aan het behalen ervan 

Wat maakt jou de perfecte Store Supervisor? 

  • Je werkt graag met mensen. Met je hands-on mentaliteit, enthousiasme en passie voor een sterke consumer experience geef je het team het juiste voorbeeld. 

  • Je communiceert makkelijk met mensen en creëert een ondersteunende en positieve omgeving die bijdraagt aan de best mogelijke service. 

  • Je hebt ervaring met het openen en sluiten van een store, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en kunt zelfstandig de leiding nemen wanneer dat nodig is. 

  • Idealiter heb je een retailachtergrond, bij voorkeur binnen fashion, lifestyle of premium retail. 

  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; Nederlands is mooi meegenomen maar geen must. 

  • Je bent vaardig in het gebruik van MS Office en verschillende POS-systemen. 

  • Je bent flexibel als het gaat om werken in het weekend, ’s avonds en op feestdagen indien nodig.
