As Store Manager, you’ll lead and develop your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure your store thrives. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, backed by the support of a global organization.
How you´ll make a difference:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to put customers first
- Drive store performance through KPIs and operational excellence
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are on point
- Manage inventory, P&L, and core retail processes

- A passion for retail and customer experience
- Proven leadership skills: you love developing people
- Experience in store operations, budgeting, and merchandising
- Fluent in German and English
- Flexible for weekends, evenings, and holidays
