REVELYST GROUP FOX - BELL - CAMELBAK
Revelyst Group is seeking a Sales Associate to represent and grow the FOX, BELL, and CAMELBAK brands across the Moto and Lifestyle market in the South of France. This role is focused on commercial development, client relationship management, and strong field presence.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell FOX, BELL and CAMELBAK collections during roadshows, in showrooms, and at points of sale.
- Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio while achieving sales targets.
- Participate in national and international meetings.
- Prepare seasonal sales campaigns and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with distribution policies and customer segmentation guidelines.
- Follow the sales campaign calendar and execution timeline.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Analyze performance indicators and report them to your manager.
- Provide weekly feedback on opportunities, issues, and needs in your region.
- Conduct active prospecting and open new customer accounts.
Required Profile
- Minimum +4 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven experience in Moto, Sport, or Action Sports.
- Strong understanding of the Moto / Lifestyle market (distribution, trends, competitions).
- Good understanding of the retail environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Availability to travel 80% of the time.
- Valid B driving license.
- Good level of English.
