Timberland EMEA is looking for an exceptional Marketing Manager B&M Strategic Key Accounts to join our Marketing team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

As the Marketing Manager B&M Strategic Key Accounts, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies for Timberland's Strategic Accounts across the EMEA region.

You will play a crucial role in enhancing brand visibility and conversion by collaborating with sales teams and retailers' marketing teams, optimizing product storytelling and consumer engagement.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies tailored for Strategic Account partners: develop & execute brand strategies to ensure Timberland improves visibility, builds equity, and maximizes conversion in Strategic Accounts
  • Collaborating with sales teams and with retailers marketing teams to optimize product storytelling, activations and consumer engagement
  • Analyse performance data and refine Strategic Account strategies to improve brand presence and sales impact
  • Working closely with the Creative EMEA Art Director and project coordinator to develop bespoke assets relevant for the consumer environment and local consumers aligned with the Timberland creative vision

Skills for Success

You should be a dynamic and strategic thinker with:

  • The ability to develop and execute comprehensive Trade Marketing plans
  • The capability to analyse marketing campaigns and sell out data
  • An understanding of the consumer trends in fashion industry
  • A keen interest in fashion and outdoor lifestyle

Solid experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales roles at international level is required. Experience in the apparel-footwear industry and with our consumers is highly preferred.
