We’re looking for an outstanding GTM Coordinator to join our Go To Market team of The North Face in our European Headquarter in Stabio – Switzerland.

Let’s talk about the role

Act as the operational backbone of the regional Go‑To‑Market process by facilitating cross‑functional collaboration, keeping milestones on track and acting as a connector between EMEA Headquarter and local commercial teams. The GTM coordinator will facilitate processes, drive clear communication, monitor KPIs, and coordinate meetings and events to ensure seamless delivery of commercial priorities across the EMEA region.

How you will Make a Difference

GTM governance and process:

  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure that the regional GTM process, agenda and priorities remain at the forefront.
  • Own and update the regional GTM calendar, highlighting key deliverables and dependencies.
  • Monitor milestone completion; escalate risks and propose mitigation.
  • Monitor the success of each regional GTM milestone through specific key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure relevant commercial insights – such as campaign ROI and sell-through rates – are consistently fed into regional processes to drive improvement and inform decision-making.

Regional GTM milestones management:

  • Organize and facilitate regional GTM review meetings, ensuring adherence to brand calendars, agenda, inputs & outputs and deliverables.
  • Oversee the preparation and distribution of meeting materials and coordinate action items tracking.

Cross-functional alignment:

  • Align cross-functionally with regional teams to guarantee timely communication, effective decision cascading to successfully execute regional GTM milestones.
  • Serve as point of contact between EMEA Headquarter and local Commercial Teams to ensure all seasonal milestones are clearly communicated and deadlines are consistently met.

Commercial enablement:

  • Act as a primary point of contact to guarantee that Commercial Teams are fully equipped with the necessary tools, information and insights to execute successful sell-in campaigns.
  • Proactively identify gaps and propose solutions to maximize commercial effectiveness.

Event coordination:

  • Scout and identify new event venues for regional sales-related activities by partnering with key internal stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers to ensure budget compliance, timely deliverables and high-quality event execution.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of sales events, including invitations, agendas, on-site activities & support and post-event survey.

Skills for Success

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

  • University degree (Business / Marketing).
  • A few years experience in Sales or Operations with an FMCG, sports or outdoor brand.
  • Clear understanding of the sales cycle and its dynamics.
  • Advanced Excel for analysis; confident PowerPoint storyteller.
  • Planned and run large-scale events, coordinating multiple suppliers and budgets.
  • Genuine interest in the European sporting-goods / outdoor space and its values.
  • Comfortable partnering with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • High-energy, people-focused, service-oriented, with a “customer first” attitude.
  • A doer—multitasks, keeps milestones on track, delivers on-time-in-full.
