icebreaker is looking for an exceptional Global Product Merchandiser to join our Global Product Merchandising team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role
As Global Product Merchandiser, you will be accountable for the execution of the merchandising strategy through the GTM process by analysing market trends, consumer behaviour, and product performance to develop and execute data-driven merchandising plans that align with brand and business objectives.
You will play a key role in shaping the global product assortment by identifying opportunities, optimising product mix, and ensuring alignment across regions. This role requires a strong commercial mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth and elevate the consumer experience.
How You Will Make a Difference
You will achieve this by:

Driving data-informed decision-making by collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative insights on product performance, consumer needs, and market trends.

Building accurate and comprehensive seasonal line lists and product assortments that reflect both global strategy and regional requirements.

Creating clear and actionable merchandising tools and reports that support planning, product lifecycle management, and go-to-market readiness.

Leading the coordination of seasonal sample orders, product information accuracy, and showroom readiness to ensure flawless execution.

Fostering strong collaboration with cross-functional teams including Design, Development, Marketing, and Regional Merchandising to align on product direction and storytelling.

Collaborating with sales and planning teams to gather feedback, validate assortments, and continuously improve product performance.

Improving merchandising processes and systems (e.g. PLM) to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the product lifecycle.
Skills for Success
You should be a detail-oriented and collaborative merchandiser with a passion for product and a strong commercial mindset, ready to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

A keen interest in consumer behaviour, market trends, and delivering meaningful product experiences.

The ability to communicate clearly and effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.

The capability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, evolving brand environment.
A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Merchandising or equivalent are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
