VF International is looking for an exceptional Director Retail & Partnership Store (PSS) Solutions to join our EMEA Digital Technology Team team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

As Director of Retail and PSS Solutions EMEA, you will drive the implementation and continuous evolution of retail technology solutions for 300+ owned stores across 15+ countries, partnering closely with our brands and functional leaders. In this key role, you’ll translate agreed strategies into impactful in-store experiences — enabling operational excellence, omnichannel capabilities, and innovation for our portfolio of iconic brands. In addition, you will oversee the integration of 600+ partner stores into the broader customer experience framework, supporting consistency and connectivity across our extended retail network.
We expect that you will deliver unbeatable results whilst fulfilling the following aspects of the Director of Retail and PSS Solutions EMEA role:
- Drive the execution and continuous evolution of retail technology solutions (e.g., POS, workforce management, loyalty, endless aisle) across owned and partner stores, ensuring alignment with defined business priorities.
- Lead the rollout of RFID across the retail network over the next two years, unlocking key benefits such as inventory accuracy, loss prevention, and operational efficiency at scale.
- Act as the key regional partner for retail and digital teams, translating strategic goals into technology projects that enhance store operations and consumer experience.
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of experts to deliver operational excellence, support, and innovation across a complex, multi-country retail network.
- Oversee service performance and vendor delivery across store systems, driving cost efficiency and reliability through clear KPIs and continuous improvement.
- Support the development of omnichannel capabilities by co-owning the roadmap and execution of initiatives with the global Digital Product Owner.
- Oversee retail technology enablement for the EMEA partnership store (PSS) network, ensuring integration into the broader brand ecosystem through shared systems such as loyalty, endless aisle, and customer experience platforms.

A strong performer combines a deep understanding of store operations with a sharp sense for innovation and stakeholder alignment. We are looking for someone who can:

- Lead large-scale system rollouts (e.g., RFID, POS) across diverse markets with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with regional retail leaders and global digital teams, acting as a solution-oriented thought partner.
- Guide and empower a high-performing team, fostering accountability and growth in a dynamic environment.
- Manage vendors and service providers with a focus on operational excellence, uptime, and cost control.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail technology landscape, including omnichannel solutions and store infrastructure.
- Maintain a hands-on, pragmatic mindset while keeping long-term business and consumer goals in focus.
