Material selection sits at the core of the process: premium leathers sourced from Leather Working Group–certified tanneries, GOTS-certified organic cotton, GRS-certified recycled fibers, as well as innovative vegan alternatives made from bio-based materials such as cactus, apple, and grape.

THE POSITION
CLAE is looking for a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join the team for a 1-year contract starting in July 2026. Working closely with the marketing, e-commerce, and creative teams, this role will support the development and execution of the brand’s global communication strategy across digital channels, collaborations, content production, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
Seasonal Toolkit & Marketing Calendar (key focus area)
- Plan seasonal storytelling themes and associated marketing content
- Build and manage the marketing calendar in collaboration with the E-commerce Manager
- Update the calendar throughout the season based on priorities and launches
Social Media (key focus area)
- Manage and publish content across social platforms (minimum 5 posts/reels per week)
- Create and schedule Instagram Stories 3 days per week
- Organize one giveaway campaign per month
- Manage and grow the LinkedIn page
- Develop creative assets for META Ads Agency (paid ads / META campaigns)
Collaborations
- Identify and develop new brand collaboration opportunities for 2027
- Objective: finalize a minimum of 3 collaboration projects
Influencer, UGC & Talent Partnerships (key focus area)
- Develop and scale product gifting partnerships (minimum 10 per month)
- Lead paid influencer collaborations and UGC content production, ensuring consistent high-quality branded content output
- Identify and manage relevant creators for both organic and paid partnerships
PR & Wordseed
- Write press releases and coordinate approvals with US Team
- Support affiliate and media partnership initiatives
E-mail Marketing
- Write newsletter content
- Coordinate approvals with the US Team
- Manage French translations
- Perform final checks before launch (links, copy, consistency, visuals)
CLAE Journal
- Create and publish new articles for the CLAE Journal/blog
Marketing Content Production
- Produce studio and lifestyle content to support US photoshoots
- Bring fresh editorial ideas and campaign concepts
- Coordinate US production follow-up:
- Send products to be photographed each month
- Follow production timelines and deliveries
YOUR PROFILE
- A minimum of 3 – 5 years of expérience in a similar position, ideally in the footwear or fashion industry
- Strong interest in fashion, footwear, lifestyle, and digital marketing
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Skills in Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Fluent in English and French
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
