Sales Associate (Part-Time / Fixed Term)

We’re looking for a passionate Sales Associate with keyholder experience to join our Timberland team at Roosendaal Outlet, on a part-time, weekday basis, from now until the end of September.

As a Sales Associate – Keyholder, you will play an important role in driving store performance by inspiring our customers, delivering excellent service, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the store.

We believe that our Sales Associates have a great opportunity to develop their full potential with us. While this role does not include people management, it does carry keyholder responsibility, meaning you will support the store leadership team by opening and closing the store and acting as a trusted point of reference during weekday shifts.

You’ll be part of a global organisation that empowers people to take responsibility at store level and contribute proactively to daily operations.

How you’ll make a difference

You will help deliver a memorable retail experience by:

• Providing the highest level of customer service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect and authenticity
• Acting as a keyholder, opening and closing the store in line with company procedures
• Supporting store operations during shifts, ensuring a smooth and safe trading environment
• Developing strong product knowledge to confidently advise customers
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines
• Keeping up to date with current trends and Timberland’s position in the market
• Following all operational and stockroom procedures accurately

What makes you the perfect Sales Associate?

• You love interacting with customers and lead by example through your hands-on mentality and enthusiasm
• You have previous keyholder experience in a retail environment
• You have a positive, can-do attitude and remain calm and organised in all situations
• You are passionate about our brand, fashion, and retail
• You communicate confidently in English and Dutch
• You are available to work part-time during weekdays
• You are reliable and available for a fixed-term contract from now until the end of September
