This internship offers hands-on experiences at the intersection of marketing and retail, where you’ll help shape in-store activations while learning how brand strategy comes to life at the point of sale
Support the planning and execution of retail marketing initiatives that enhance in-store visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance. Gain experience analyzing results, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and translating brand strategy into impactful retail activations.
Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Retail Marketing intern:

Support the planning and execution of retail marketing and in-store activations, helping bring Vans’ brand, culture, and stories to life in stores.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Retail, Creative, Visual Merchandising, and other Marketing functions) to gather all tactics needed to deliver engaging in-store events and consumer activations.

Assist with retail marketing operations across EMEA, supporting different store formats (Owned, Partner, Outlet).

Contribute to training and communication materials for store teams ahead of key activations or events.

Help execute retail campaigns and store activations, including in-store visuals, digital retail communications, and event-related materials.

Provide day-to-day support on cross-functional needs, such as copy coordination, translations, and event logistics.

Work closely with DTC (Direct To Consumer) Retail teams (district and store managers) to support smooth execution at store level.

Support the creation of briefs and post-activation recaps, capturing learnings and best practices for future in-store initiatives.

Support basic budget tracking and purchase order follow-up in coordination with the team.

Comfortable working with data and tools – You enjoy using tools like Excel and PowerPoint to track projects, support reporting, and tell clear, visual stories.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your mindset, curiosity, and relevant experiences.
