As Store Manager, you’ll lead and develop your team, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and ensure your store thrives. You’ll have the freedom to innovate, backed by the support of a global organization.

• Lead, motivate, and mentor your team to put customers first
• Drive store performance through KPIs and operational excellence
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are on point
• Manage inventory, P&L, and core retail processes

• Experience in store operations, budgeting, and merchandising
• Fluent in German and English
