We are currently looking for a Recruitment Intern for a period of 6 months to join and support our internal recruitment team in Belgium and in Switzerland in sourcing and selection activities, along with a dministrative tasks. We’re looking for someone to start working with us in September or October.

You will be responsible to:
* assign open positions in our HRIS system to the relevant recruiters
* post and promote vacancies via our HRIS (Workday) and on various external platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
* manage agendas and organize interviews (both recruiter and hiring managers)
* update tracking file and sharing recruitment information on a weekly basis
* gather and request salary simulation requests
* collect candidate data when needed/ applicable
* support the screening process and handle candidate rejection, vacancy closing activities
* provide ad-hoc support on projects and activities

Requirements:
* Ongoing studies in a bachelor or master’s degree in HR, Psychology or related field, or have finished studies in year 2021
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn other tools (HRIS, posting sites, etc.)
* Service-minded and positive attitude
* Ability to work accurately and autonomously, to combine multiple tasks, to prioritize and to work against deadlines
* Ability to deal professionally with confidential matters
* Open minded and fast learner
