The Senior Manager, Digital Wholesale & DTC Accounts role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Brand future in the digital marketplace. The role has the ultimate end responsibility for achieving all the key strategic goals and reports directly into the Director Sales & Marketing Packs (Eastpak & JanSport) EMEA

The Senior Manager, Digital WHL & DTC Accounts is the account lead and ultimately responsible to ensure all opportunities in the area of sales, marketing, product and operations are heard and quantified for both Eastpak and JanSport brands. The primary goal is to ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned to the overall EMEA/country strategy.

As a key member of the Digital Key Accounts Packs team you will be responsible for:

Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with our digital strategic accounts.
Develop and execute the 5 yr strategy plan with clear segmentation and prioritization of accounts across the 2 brands.
Establish JanSport brand on the EU market and deliver triple digit growth by identifying new and existing accounts l untapped opportunities.
Own & lead the strategic account plan, ensure complete execution and align seasonal initiatives to the overall EMEA GTM strategy.
Represent the brand at Top2Top Amazon meetings next to Packs Commercial VP to set the strategic vision that represents the VF view and drives the central strategic initiatives
Work with the Digital Director to design the overall brand strategy on the platform from a commercial and product mix perspective and coordinate the projects related to both Eastpak and JanSport on the platforms
Work with Central Team as representative of DKA lead of Eastpak and JanSport and bring in critical key initiatives to drive business forward
Monitor and track market dynamics with recommendations for future success to make sure Eastpak and JanSport stay ahead of the competition
Develop and implement an integrated Consumer First GTM sales strategy on all DKA and support the aim of a sustainable and profitable long-term business
Work with marketing team to activate the brand strategy. In order to complement your customer strategy and deliver a best in class standard of execution you are able to create a brand experience online.
Measure & track success through KPI with aligned scorecards, adjusting strategies and actions based on the brand’s performances
Define and agree the seasonal GTM calendar on account level for both brands
Ensure depth in market knowledge, commercial & merchandising performance & marketing ROI, in order to establish seasonal strategies and quantify the key opportunities for growth and deeper consumer connectivity.
Manage the performance of the defined assortment, working closely with a cross-functional Merch team dedicated to Digital WHL & DTC Accounts
Drive the assortment planning and segmentation process within the defined distribution policy with the account, to ensure market differentiation, in order to build the base for future sustainable profitable growth.
Work with merchandising team on financial planning to ensure commercial goals is projected through scientific bottom up and top down planning
Manage a team of 3 people

What you need to succeed?

7+ years working experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in Strategic Key Account Management within digital business
Solid knowledge and experience in working with digital accounts like Amazon, Asos, Bol, etc.
Strong holistic view of business and have proven experience of working cross functionally building Partnerships
Being a team player with strong influencing skill to work across a complex matrix organization
Strong insight and experience of the current digital marketplace in lifestyle and fashion brands
Ability to work at a strategic level within the account but at the same time manage the detail and operations.
Task and customer oriented
Strong relationship, management, and negotiation skills
Strategic and analytical mind-set
Reporting tools knowledge: Zalando Co Planner & Amazon Vendor Central understanding
Ability to prioritize and plan
