PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Support the Product Merchandising Managers in all aspects to achieve Merchandising excellence that meets company plans and KPI’s. Tasks will be focused on coordination of the product line plans and information flow, whilst also having the opportunity to conduct research helping to identify market opportunities and develop new skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ownership of the data management systems and product files for the category
* Be the point person within the team for internal departments (Planning, Marketing, Development, Customer Service, Samples)
* Work within calendar to hit deadlines to ensure on time execution of the product line

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Systems/Product Files
* Enovia: create and maintain seasonal data
* JBA/UPCs: maintain and upload styles into JBA master data system
* Hangtags: complete seasonal hangtag file; monitor new developments (Base Camp)
* Creation and maintenance of product assortment excel files: B2B, Core Assortments, Alternative styles, Dashboard, SKU List, Line Lists
* Discrepancy list: maintain and communicate product discrepancies to relevant parties – including Sales, EComm, Marketing, Development
* Samples: management of the sample buy file

Product/Merchandising
Calendar: Understand the Product Development calendar and how it impacts the administration timelines Handovers: Assist during design brief & handovers and update relevant files and systems accordingly Colour/Fabric: Assist coordinating and submitting color and fabric files; sending and tracking lab dips, fabric requests to the EU and US teams; maintaining relevant fields in Enovia Workbook: Ownership of the process – building the line list, writing product descriptions, proof reading Product Overviews: Assist in building seasonal visual line architecture overviews and materials for meetings with internal departments and external accounts Analysis: Provide numerical analysis and help in the gathering of competitor activity EComm: proof read content & imagery; respond to customer inquiries
