This position will assist with specific projects within the functional area such as, research, compiling data, collection, evaluation and distribution of data/information, calendar alerts, presentation preparation, etc.

GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Retail Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing support, analysis, and recommendations in order to business on field and ensure operational efficiency throughout different retail channels including owned and operated stores, concessions and PSS stores

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Drives Sales and Profitability:
* Assists Retail/PSS teams by providing various reports and all budget/expense related items
* Creates and manages spreadsheets to assist the Retail Operations Department to effectively analyse business results; prioritizes and communicates department issues to the manager of retail and to the related operations
* Ensures expense controls within the department are met
* Analysing and sharing KPI of owned and PSS channels in comparison with targets
* Determining, together with Retail Managers, actions and tactics to influence and improve KPIs in all regions, by supporting central Operations strategies
* Support Outlet revenues by actively working with Seasonal Promo Calendar, Product shooting, special activities and being the SPOC for Villages Marketing function

2. Reporting and analysis:
* Support Buying team in the sell-out analysis. Provide the ST% performances for the related season by store/area/region/channel. Determine and compare the end of season sell-out with specific focus on PSS stores
* Provides sales and KPI of stores population with regards to VM changes
* Provides and supports the analysis of windows performance based on seasonal matrix focuses
* Provides PSS turnover by month and liaise/share with all stakeholders
* Check the data consistency from the EDI connected PSS stores and act as SPOC with BI and GBT teams for further future improvements

3. Additional support:
* Provides weekly newsletter for PSS and owned channels with all relevant information and updates from different departments
* Act as a point of contact with other departments in shared projects and tasks
* Provides support to the head of Retail and PSS functions in terms of PPT presentations for Store Manager Meeting, Retail Meetings and PSS Team meeting
