Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling (Packs EMEA) are looking for an exceptional Visual Merchandising Manager to join our Sales team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Brands future in the VM space.

You as Manager, Visual Merchandising will be responsible for developing and managing Retail & Visual Merchandising strategies, guidelines, windows, and 4 wall marketing tools for Retail and Wholesale channels, with a focus on Owned, Partnership stores and Shop in Shop.

This role requires a strong and proven track record in retail and visual merchandising. The objectives of this role are to drive traffic and increase conversion / sell-through across both Retail and Wholesale channels.

How You Will Make a Difference

You will achieve this by:

Translating the different brand toolkits into retail guidelines VM strategies, window execution and 4 wall marketing programs in close collaboration with the brand teams and global peers to fulfil EMEA needs, and ensure global consistency and local relevancy.

Managing and develop VM guidelines for all brands, and distributing VM strategies, guidelines, windows and 4 wall marketing programs based on business-driven data (capacity/density/productivity analysis) to drive store traffic, conversion and sell-through.

Collaborating with Marketing / Retail / Partnership Stores / Property teams to deliver retail plans and visual merchandising solutions that are fully integrated into the overall marketing mix and supportive of our brand/business goals.

Tracking VM activities and leveraging consumer insights to continuously improve VM strategies, guidelines, and programs.

Developing clear staff training programs to empower Own and Partner Stores staff to execute VM guidelines and directives, in collaboration with Retail Operations department and Field Teams.

Managing and own VM budget, as allocated by Brand`s teams, to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans.

Supporting Global Packs Org sell in moments – creating the VM plans for sales previews and showroom setups.

Building and evolving the VM structure based on different market and brand needs.

Managing the regional VM Supervisors (North & South Europe) and in turn supporting them in managing the local VM setups

Skills for Success

As an ideal candidate, you are:

Extensive experience on similar role

organized and curious with a make-it-happen mentality,

a strong communicator and negotiations don’t scare you they rather give you energy,

a creative and strategic storyteller, experienced in the identification of value creation opportunities and a strong digital native, communicator

aware and passioned about the world of apparel (fashion) and its specific challenges,

Brand conscious and purpose drive you in everything you do,

energetic and a real team player with an omnichannel mentality ready to join a highly motivated,

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Economics, Business or Management are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
