VF Corporation is looking for an exceptional Office Services Manager Germany & Austria to join our Facilities team based in Munich, Germany.

You will be the main local contact for Office & Facilities in Germany & Austria. The position is responsible for the maintenance, security, safety and compliance of VF properties (offices, showrooms, and retail stores) within Germany and Austria to ensure that they meet the needs of the organization and local statutory requirements.

How you will make the Difference

The office Service Manager will join our local Office team consisting of 2 members, the primary accountabilities are:

Contracting, coordinating, and managing outside service providers (maintenance, compliance, security, cleaning, telecom, technical services etc), ensuring that service level agreements are adhered to;

Managing budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency in our work environment.

Support office, showroom, and Retail teams with business purchases & license agreements for Germany & Austria;

Support subject matter experts (H&S, HR, Property) to meet government & environmental regulations as well as VF Procedures;

Support with local Business Travel related matters: maintain database, flag & resolve any issues that arise, train new starters, negotiate & coordinate local agreements;

Management of company cars;

Contract management and review relating to fixed and mobile telephony;

Management of office and shop cleaning services;

Skills for Success

Good communication skills, both in person and in writing

Fluent in English and German

Analytical thinking and problem-solving attitude


Attention to detail without losing track of the bigger picture

Customer oriented (internal and external)

Good organization skills and efficient time management
