We are looking for an e Commerce intern to join The North Face within VF EMEA Internship Program.


Start date: October 1st 2024.
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!


Create visually appealing email templates that align with brand guidelines, campaign objectives and the latest market trends using graphic design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator.
Take an active role in translating design concepts into HTML/CSS code, ensuring compatibility across various email clients and devices for optimal display and performance.
Collaborate with the CRM team to effectively conduct AB tests on email campaigns, testing different design elements as well as Subject Lines and Calls-to-actions to determine to most effective strategies for driving results.
Develop email templates that integrate in dynamic content (images, video, gifs) which is personalized to user-behaviour, preferences, past purchases, and interests.
Coordinate and manage all projects from start to finish to meet established deadlines.
Grow Pro Programme membership (Prosumers) through engagement of relevant external organisations and onboarding of new Prosumers into CRM systems through cross-functional means.
Cross-functional collaboration within eCommerce and extended through to Brand Marketing, Loyalty Marketing, Retail and Product teams to ensure an appropriate product assortment to Pro Programme members.


You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you have graduated already before in 2024 – it’s a must.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.
