GENERAL SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility of the Service Delivery Technician is to Enable VF employees to use technology to make them work more efficient. Providing exceptional service that our VF employees look forward to engaging with. Adhering to financial budgets and company policy to help VF grow powerful brands

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Incident resolution via global ITSM tool
* Task Resolution via global ITSM tool
* Technology Evangelist
* Installation and Support of company required hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, IPT, scanners, phones, PDA,etc..) and software.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server platform, local Area Networks and the VF Wide area Network.
* Maintenance and monitoring of local cable infrastructure
* Be a resource to the IT Platforms that may need assistance with Projects and support of the day to day IT Infrastructure at the location they support
* Help maintain an accurate inventory.
* Handling of faulty devices
* Create Accurate documentation
* Monitor performance and provide feedback to the Area Lead or IT Coordinator
* Gather requirements
* Investigate need of user training
* User helpdesk

QUALIFICATIONS:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position.

* Education: Informatics field, Preferably A1 degree in Computer Sciences
* Experience: 1-3 years in IS/IT environment, In depth technical knowledge of workstation hardware and software, printers, network and peripheral equipment like scanners, tape-drive, palm pilots, etc.
* Language skills:
– English (written, spoken / mandatory)
– Dutch (written, spoken / mandatory)
– French (spoken / asset)
– Other languages – relevant to dedicated EU country (spoken / asset)
* Technical certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, A+, Cisco
* Analytical Skills: Yes
