Brief Summary
You will be responsible to drive the overall performance for the European retail business across owned stores (full prices owned and outlets), working with the field teams to drive customer experience, operational consistency and excellence and to maximize growth and profitability

We are looking for an awesome professional whom’s primary responsibility is to develop operational strategies to achieve results through the retail network and consistently driving top-line sales and 4 wall contribution and operating Income

You will motivate, inspire and lead District and Store teams deliver ‘TNF Staff Experience’ to generate sales, best-in-class customer service throughout retail channels. Also, you will be delivering a compelling and engaging ‘TNF Store Experience’ through the highest retail standards and in partnership with the Retail Marketing team and eComm Operations teams.And of course, for ensuring that company policies/procedures and local legislation are adhered to at all times.

We expect that our Retail Operations Director EMEA delivers unbeatable results whilst also fulfilling the following aspects of the role :

SALES/PROFITABILITY
Develop and execute Retail Sales plan based on regional growth strategy, ensuring that this is in line with overall business objectives. Monitor sales and profit & loss performance and implement corrective measures to improve. Responsible for payroll goals, shrink reduction and all stores KPI performance. Maximize sales and cost control in order to improve stores profitability. Ensure that store managers deliver the TNF ‘Store Experience’ by coaching their teams on TNF product knowledge, customer service, sales techniques, and consumer engagement. Communicate with Store Managers/DM/PSS teams weekly and through regular store visits. Ensures adequate staffing based on business trend/seasonal adjustments within targets/budgets. Assesses and leads talent recruitment, hiring, developing and retention to attain the best store teams. Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and all relevant HR policies/procedures. Ensure full engagement with Wholesale op erations and CM’s to deliver brand experience instore, full sales potential and integrated marketplace. Lead day-to-day operations and ensure all company policies and procedures Ensure highest brand experience is delivered including co-ordinating ‘Store Experience Audit’s’ in PSS stores and delivering results to KA Manager. Communicate, execute and follow-up on all TNF departmental directives. Prepare monthly business analysis, quarterly business reviews and Seasonal Store Manager meetings

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Any other duties as necessary to maintain store daily operations, new store openings, special sales/promotional events, etc.
