Eastpak, Jansport & Kipling (Packs EMEA) are looking for an exceptional Digital Content Strategy Manager to join our Digital team based in Antwerp, Belgium.

The Digital Content Strategy Manager is responsible driving and delivering the content strategy across Digiland, including Ecom, Partner programmes and Digital Key Accounts for Eastpak, Jansport and Kipling.

With ownership of the Digital Activation calendar, you’ll partner with key digital and brand stakeholders to clearly establish and execute an aligned content plan for the digital channels & touchpoints.

As part of the Digital Experience team, you will balance creativity, brand & commercial priorities to provide the end user with a captivating, engaging and elevated consumer experience.

How You Will Make a Difference

Create and drive the end-to-end content strategy for Digital, owning key pillars across Planning, Creation, Maintenance and Unpublishing.

Manage digital activation calendar that powers all brand and commercial moments across .com and all digital touchpoints.

Establish strong and effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across the Digital Trading, Experience, Demand Creation and Brand marketing teams.

Capture the needs of internal stakeholders to inform activation calendar planning and ensuring delivery of elevated, engaging experiences across the digital touchpoints.

Work closely with the Performance Marketing Managers to ensure efficiency and consistency of content across different marketing technologies.

Collaborate with SEO Specialists to ensure e-commerce content is appropriately optimised and support the creation of dedicated SEO content pages.

Partner with the Experience and Optimization team to identify opportunities to enhance website content and the CMS tool, capturing priorities for the development roadmaps.

Own the briefing which clearly identify the content requirements to brand teams and external agencies.

Guide the creation of content templates and wireframes, including Homepage, Content Pages, and Brand Pages.

Seek continuous improvement of processes related to the delivery of content strategy, effectively utilising resources and cross-functional collaboration to meet GTM deadlines.

Manage, coach and develop 2 direct reports: Snr. Content Specialist and Content Coordinator.

Skills for Success

You should be passionate about content and storytelling, aware of trends and with a firm understanding of the role of content in the digital ecosystem, plus:

Solid and proven experience in similar role

Organized with great time management; able to balance competing priorities, parallel projects & deadlines.

Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record in building good working relationships and effectively managing stakeholders

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem-solving and solution-oriented attitude.

Able to think both creatively and commercially, evaluating competing goals in decision-making.

People and team management experience.

Display Growth-Mindset for both yourself and those you manage.

Competent using content analytics suites (Google Analytics, Content Square, etc), experience with CMS (Amplience, WordPress)
