INTERNSHIP ROLE
We are looking for a Sales & GTM Intern to join icebreaker within VF EMEA Internship Program.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
DATA ANALYSIS AND REPORTING: Help re-build and refresh the main Sales Reports that the EMEA extended Sales Team need on a daily basis (Prebook Report, Sell-Thru report etc). Help collect and organize data; help harmonize and optimize daily reports schedule.
SAMPLE COORDINATION: Partner with Sales to collect Samples needs across all EMEA markets; Work closely with Products dept. in defining Samples selection and Samples calendar; Support order finalization and product shipment.
GTM execution support: Co-ordinate key GTM tasks for each season; consolidation and sharing of terms and conditions, master data maintenance for key accounts; Onboarding of key digital sales tools and order platforms. Point of contact for Key Accounts.
Support data governance and maintenance (orderbook management and cleansing; campaign product lists; forecast files creation etc.).
Being a point of contact for Merch / Planning teams with Brand calendar management and information sharing.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You are currently studying, or you have recently graduated (in 2023 only) – it’s a must.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
Start date: September 15th.
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
