We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Intern to join VF EMEA Internship Program.
WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
Master Marketing Automation: As an intern in our Salesforce Marketing Cloud team, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building, developing, and maintaining customer journeys. You’ll work closely with brands to understand their needs and assist in using Journey Builder to create triggers and optimize existing journeys. This experience will deepen your understanding of marketing automation, allowing you to become proficient in one of the industry’s leading platforms.
Data Expertise: In this role, you will learn how to work with data effectively. You will write SQL queries and create data filters to segment customer databases, ensuring that brands can precisely target their audience. This skill set is not only valuable in marketing automation but also highly transferable to various data-driven roles in the future.
Personalization and Content Creation: You will gain proficiency in email personalization by building dynamic and personalized email campaigns using AmpScript language and user data.
Data Management and Governance: You will be responsible for creating and managing data extensions in Marketing Cloud while aligning with the current Data Model. This task will provide you with hands-on experience in data management and governance, essential for maintaining data quality and compliance—an increasingly important aspect of modern marketing.
Reporting and Optimization: You will assist brands in creating standard and customized reports using Analytics Builder. This role will sharpen your analytical skills, helping you understand the impact of marketing efforts on KPIs.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
You will have a student status while beginning an internship or you are going to graduate between January – April 2024 – it’s a must.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
Start date: April 15th 2024.
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
