Within VF EMEA Internship Program we are looking for 3 eCommerce Interns to join our brands: icebreaker, The North Face and Vans. Each intern will be allocated at one brand for the entire period of the internship. During the recruitment process we will identify which brand you’ll be joining.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
1. eCommerce Intern in icebreaker
Contributing as needed to the development and deployment of promotional EDMs, as well as assisting in the implementation of new automated email program.
Assisting in building segments and reporting on EDM performance.
Refreshing website content & setting up promotional mechanisms on SFCC across 9 locales & 15 countries.
Actively contributing to the QA checks of planned site refreshes for new content launches, special promos & sales activities.
2. eCommerce Intern in The North Face
Reviewing all product descriptions and supporting the seasonal onboarding and translation process.
Managing product listing pages, internal search result pages and ensuring products in demand are available for customers.
Supporting with budget management and reviewing the user journey, checkout and finding pain points.
Forecasting and demand planning analysis and supporting with new website development projects.
3. eCommerce Operations Intern in VANS
Creating an online premium customer experience and monitor reports to keep track of the main KPIs.
Supporting the promotion creation processes and management from a back-office standpoint.
Supporting day-to-day service management of the Website to ensure all Vans EMEA websites are operational, and continually optimized and localized.
Supporting the UAT execution and regression testing to ensure a stable platform experience.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You are currently studying, or you have recently graduated (in 2023 only) – it’s a must.
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people.
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges.
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus.

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
Start date: September 15th.
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
