We are looking for a CSR & Volunteering Intern to join Timberland within VF EMEA Internship Program.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
You will support EMEA Path of Service Coordinator in managing Path of Service program in EMEA:
Organize and facilitate monthly Global Stewards (GS) EMEA team calls
Participate and help in planning annual meetings (global stewards meetings, GTM service events, Brand meeting etc)
Support GS in delivering quarterly service reports
Help to manage budget and administrative tasks to support service activations in countries (i.e. coupa suppliers onboarding, purchase order creations, manual payments set up when needed)
Manage internal communication to engage employees and external business partners in service activities (i.e. Path of service monthly newsletter, celebration of 40 hours club)
Support in the planning and execution of the main EMEA service events: Earthday, Serv-a-Palooza, and other social justice events
Support and coordinate ad hoc requests for volunteer events as team building
Support in the planning and delivery of annual donation plan in line with Timberland sustainability and community strategy
Represent Timberland in internal events acting as a CSR and service champion
Coordinate In-kind Donations to selected partners
Support Sustainability, Retail and Marketing in the expansion and execution of Timberloop take back program
Support Sustainability lead in the content approval process for green claims and in providing sustainability product information to major Timberland accounts
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
You are currently studying, or you have recently graduated (in 2023 only) – it’s a must
You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
You have curious mindset with passion for working with people
You are eager to learn and face up new challenges
First experience such as other internships, extracurricular activities, is considered as a plus

KEY INTERNSHIP INFO
Start date: September 15th
For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month
We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training 70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
