This role requires a highly motivated individual who thrives on a challenge and has exceptional marketing and people management skills. This is a full time position requiring some weekend and late night hours. Immediate start.
The Monster Ambassador Team Leader will be responsible for the Austrian Monster marketing program consisting of national and grassroots event sponsorship, athlete sponsorship, local band sponsorship, regional web site management and guerrilla marketing. The role also requires strong communication skills to develop the information flow between different areas of the business and an understanding and experience of sales and trade marketing.
The individual will have an in depth understanding of the youth, motorsport, action sport and music scenes and will be key to the growth of the brand’s awareness and credibility in the region. Background experience in the Austrian market is essential.
We are looking for an individual who is capable of recruiting and managing a diverse, edgy, team of Monster Ambassadors who will represent the brand and inject the Monster attitude into the sampling program, key events and activities in their region. This is an extremely hands on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments and with a willingness to travel on a weekly basis.
Logistical skills, good time management, enthusiasm and great communication are vital for the role. Good understanding of spoken and written English required.
Ideally based in Vienna but extensive travel throughout Austria will be needed on a weekly basis. Full driving license essential.
