You will have to assist the customer service department in its daily tasks.
Key responsibilities:
Follow-up order Porfolio:
- Order input and follow up: keep up to date the order portfolio whether reductions, amendments, cancelations, etc…
- Shipping follow up: ensure a top quality service within deliveries, discrepancies, returns, defectives
Customer Data Base:
- Keep up to date all customer data base accordingly to credit.
Customer Service:
- Deal with sales accommodations/Returns accordingly to Volcom Europe’s Policy
- Inform, guide and promote our retailers within our B to B system
Reporting:
- Weekly reporting to Customer service Manager
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience of at least 1 year in a similar position;
- Fluent in German;
- English and French speaking;
- Proactive with a commercial sensitivity;
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Location: Anglet, France (South West Coast)
Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Short –term contract 4 months
