Duties Include:
- Office support
- Windows 7
- Office 2010
- Other applications like Photoshop, different browsers, etc.
- Windows Domain environment, AD management
- Close contact with suppliers, Support contacts
- Fast and reliant solution providing
- Ownership of helpdesk calls
Critical Skills
- Strong analytical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent understanding of Windows 7 and Windows AD environment
- Solid understanding of AD Group policy, DNS, DHCP
- Solid understanding of networking and routing (LAN & WAN)
- Experience and understanding of Infrastructure Hardware
- Good grasp of network security (Firewall, Antivirus, Antispyware, Antispam)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written in both English & French

- Willingness to work with clients and staff on all levels support
- A positive customer focused attitude
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads
- Demonstrated ability to follow a job through to completion

Critical Certifications and Experience:
* Proven background in systems administration or Lvl 3 Support Role
* Bachelor of computer science or equivalent certification
