This role requires a highly motivated individual who loves a challenge and has exceptional people management skills. This is a fulltime position requiring some weekend and late night hours. Immediate Start.
- The team leader will be responsible for their geographic region – organising and activating guerrilla marketing and peer to peer consumer interaction within that region.
- The individual will have an in depth understanding of the youth, sport – particularly action sports, motor sports and music scene and will be key to the growth of the brands awareness and credibility in their area.
- We are looking for an individual who is capable of recruiting and managing a diverse, edgy, team of Monster Ambassadors who will represent the brand and inject the Monster attitude into the sampling program, key events and activities in their region. This is very much a hands on role and will require dedication and commitment working in a variety of environments and be willing to travel.
- Logistical skills, good time management, enthusiasm and great communication are key to the role. Good understanding of spoken and written English required. Practising boardsports/Motorsports or involvement in hard music.
Working from home / on the road.
Full driving license essential must be over 21 years and held a license for over 3 years.
